COPY THIS AND MAKE A FOLDER CALLED "data" then a folder called "WORLDOPTIONS"
this makes it so the naval units can launch instantly. Didn't know you could do this, defcon deterrence mod does this for the main player but the ai still wait. This is the "instalaunch" mod above is all. You can also drop this into other mods and activate it that way.
