GUI Mods
Yes you can mod the GUI
The lower right toolbar option's in Defcon.
I need to look into how to make this mod work but generally there is a specific name for each and a folder they go in like any other mod. You can package the GUI folder with other mods, copy paste it into all mods, or just make a GUI mod.
You can only swap one item or all of them and if not all then the game fills in what isn't changed.
There are a few mods here for maps that have these (actually what you see in the image above). The Modern Warfare map mod has a GUI mod. You can pull that folder out of that mod or copy paste it out.
