Map: Genocide Today
Current Genocide 2000s Alpha Mod is what the folder is titled. But when you open the authors doc it says it is called Genocide Today and when you open the mod menu in-game it is also shown in red Genocide Today.
This is a map mod like others that changes the territory of the default map. It also makes Australia playable. A similar mod, The Geopolitics mod also makes Australia playable, there is also an Australia map mod. Find them here on this site.
If you don't want to use the default Defcon game look simply remove the style document from the styles folder and the default game look will take over.
