Graphics: Fighter & Bomber Mods
Changing the plane design in Defcon is very easy. Simply click on the mod option in the menu and click to activate and apply if you have any mods to use. They can be either outlines or solid colors and are all saved as the same size and bit depth, and also saved in a .bmp format.

The 13 mods each include a bomber image, a bomber_blur image and a screenshot.
Unzip the file and put them in the Defcon mods folder.
One thing to pay attention to when selecting a bomber mod is that you can easily see the nuke in the bomber plane. When the plane is in the carrier, the airbase and in the air you can see the nuke easily depending on what type of bomber mod you are using. Some are more difficult to quickly identify as loaded. If you just have to use a cool looking bomber that you can't see the nuke in easily, clicking the nuke option in the lower tool bar will highlight which is loaded.
